BenchmarkDesign.Net Gets a Facelift!

After months of design, development, and testing, the all new BenchmarkDesign.Net is now live! Our fifth site in 10 years, our all new e-commerce based site boasts a better user experience, easier order processing, account management, online billing and support. Already in use for several months by Benchmark Design's existing clients, our new site features an easier-to-use user interface, more reliable e-commerce platform with integrated hosting control panel, customer billing and support console, message center, live chat support, and more... all wrapped in a new, bold, and contemporary design.

IMPROVED ONLINE BILLING AND SUPPORT
Since we implemented our new online billing and support system, many of our clients have expressed how impressed they were with the ease of our system. Not only has the implementation of this system given our customers access to billing history, statements, and invoices, its integrated support ticketing sytem allows for service and support requests to be handled and processed much faster, while providing our staff with a tool to measure the speed in which requests are responded.

Site visitors should keep a look out after January 1, 2011 when our all new Design-It-Yourself print center will be available online where visitors can select from hundreds of images and designs to design their own Business Cards, Brochures, Flyers, Door Hangers, and more combined with some of the best print quality and rates one the web!
