Once your account is established and your project is processed, you will receive an email from our Account Services department containing your Project Manager's email address, telephone number, and hours of operation. Orders are typically processed and assigned to a Project Manager within 24 hours of purchase. If for any reason, you do not receive an email containing your Project Manager's name and contact information, you may login to your account and view your order history to retrieve this information or simply contact us.
