What's the best way to communicate with your staff?

Our support team can be reached by calling (408) 673-0086 M-F 9am-5pm. However, you will be required to submit all proof approvals, change requests, and new service requests via a support ticket.

You may submit/open a new Support Ticket, by simply emailing us at support@benchmarkdesign.net
from the email account registered on your account.

You may also submit a support ticket by logging into your account at http://www.benchmarkdesign.net
and clicking "Submit Ticket" from the My Account page.

Our site uses an advanced ticketing and support system that will allow you and our staff to track
and save communications. Attachments in the following file formats are accepted with email or site support requests: .jpg,.gif,.jpeg,.png,.doc,.docx,.pdf,.psd,.xls,.xlsx,.txt,.ai,.tiff,.mp4,.mp3,.zip,.csv
