If you have exhausted your website, logo, or print Design Concept (proof) limits and are still not even remotely satsified with the concepts you have been presented, we will return your money back less a $99 administration fee.

Disclaimer

Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Hosting Fees, Stock Photography, Voice Overs, or Video Purchased, Shot, or Produced on the Behalf of the Client, or in the following situations:

If you have given the final approval on your website or logo design proofs.
If you have requested more than one (1) revision to your website or logo design proof.
If the party for whom the website or logo is being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its activity.
If the project is cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the project undertaken.
If you do not communicate with Benchmark Design for more than two (2) weeks in the following situations: (a) After signing a design agreement or purchasing one of our design packages online; (b) After your initial design proofs have been presented to you for review

Receiving Your Refund

  1. If you have paid using your credit card, your refund will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to six (10) business days before the money will appear in your account.
  2. If you have paid using a check or money order, your refund will be returned to you in the form of a check.
